Substance Use Disorder Services
Gather’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program is built on the belief that every person deserves love and support as they navigate their recovery journey. We recognize that each person’s story is unique, and they are worthy of compassion and respect. So, we provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can be met exactly where they are - and helped to take the next healthy step forward.
Meeting You As You Are
Our program is rooted in the evidence of harm reduction and focused on person-centered care. Recovery looks different for everyone. We understand that, and we empower clients to set their own goals, whether that means abstinence, moderation, or simply staying safer. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community, communities that recognize and value individuals. We are here to walk alongside you.
Certified, Supportive Professionals
Our care team is made up of highly skilled, certified professionals who are committed to walking with clients through every stage of recovery. With expertise in substance use treatment, mental health, and peer support, our staff provides evidence-based care that is authentically compassionate, encouraging, and respectful.
Flexible Levels of Care
We offer both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services. Clients can engage in treatment at the level that is right for them. With same-day assessments, you can access support right away, including referrals to inpatient treatment when needed.
What We Offer
Assessments: same-day appointments available
Individual Substance Use Counseling: one-on-one support, motivational interventions, and personalized treatment planning
Daily Psychoeducational Groups: covering addiction, relapse prevention, coping skills, life skills, and mental health
Peer Support & Case Management – encouragement, advocacy, accountability, and real-life guidance from people who have been where you are
Client-Driven Goals: define recovery on your terms - abstinence, moderation, or simply staying safe
Day & Evening Groups: flexible scheduling to fit your life
Care That Connects
Our SUD program works closely with other Gather services, including our Meds First MAT clinic, Syringe Services Program, and Contingency Management. Many of our clients participate in more than one program, giving them access to a wraparound care system that supports whole-person wellness.
Real-Life Transformation
At Gather, clients find more than treatment, they find community. They develop support networks and build momentum toward education, employment, stable housing, and lasting recovery as they learn practical life skills and healthier ways to cope with challenges.
